Cabana Bridges Apartments has a $50 application fee per applicant plus an administration fee of $200.00.

At Cabana Bridges the security deposit is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit cost starts as low as $400.00 and can be up to 1 month’s rent.

For Cabana Bridges residents, rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Rent payments can be made via our online payment portal with credit or debit card, or by using banking account information. If necessary, rent can also be paid to the leasing office in full by cashier’s check.

Unfortunately, residents at Cabana Bridges Apartments cannot make partial payments. We kindly ask that rent is paid in full and paid online through our resident portal.

Residents at Cabana Bridges are responsible for water, sewer and trash and will be paid to the community every month.  Residents will set up their own electric account with Tucson Electric.

Residents at Cabana Bridges enjoy the convenience of having their apartment home set-up with Cox high speed internet and can also choose other services provided by Cox such as, cable tv and phone service.

At Cabana Bridges each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement.

Cabana Bridges Apartments does have video surveillance in the amenity spaces or common areas.

Cabana Bridges is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not allowed inside any apartment home or in any of the common areas.
